North Sea Insurance Company® (NSIC) is a standard lines, commercial property and casualty insurance company headquartered in Long Beach, New York.

For more than 30 years, NSIC has delivered on its promise to provide quality insurance products and services to small to medium-sized businesses such as artisan contractors, retail/wholesale, real estate, restaurants, manufacturing and offices in urban and suburban areas.  Marketed through a network of licensed insurance producers, our program targets main street type accounts located in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Founded in 1979, NSIC is also licensed in Mississippi, North Dakota, South Carolina and Texas.  North Sea was acquired by Lancer Financial Group, Inc., one of the nation’s premier privately-held specialty insurance groups, in February 2009.
